I understand that sometimes life happens and rescheduling or canceling our date may be unavoidable. However, please understand that I plan in advance, and when you schedule a time with me, I have planned my day and week around it and may have also turned down other opportunities so that we can meet. As such, please honor my cancellation fees to ensure smooth booking

Penalty Waiver

• In certain circumstances, and at my discretion, I may decide not to charge a late cancellation fee.

• Multiple cancellations will affect my ability to fit you into my schedule in the future.

• If I have to cancel or reschedule on my end (extremely unlikely), I will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible and, of course, return any deposits immediately.

Cancellation Fees

• Don’t show for your appointment; you will be charged the full price for the session.

• If you cancel within 30 minutes of the start time, you will be charged the full price for the session.

• Cancel outwith 1 hour of the start time, and your payment will be carried forward to a future appointment.

• Cancel outwith 1 hour of the start time but request a refund, you will be charged a 50% admin fee to cover Stripe transaction costs.

• Fee Processing

• If you paid online when booking, that payment will be used to fund the cancellation fee.

• If you have a payment card saved on to your account from a previous appointment, the cancellation fee will be taken from that card.

• If you don’t have a saved payment method, an invoice for the cancellation fee will be emailed to you.

Payment will be due within 14 days, and no further appointments can be booked until the invoice is paid.
